Adult Allied Health Services
Constellation Therapies provides allied health services for adults, including NDIS-funded supports, in Gympie, Queensland.
We work closely with participants, support coordinators and plan managers to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services that are clinically sound, clearly documented and aligned with NDIS goals.
Our adult services are designed to support functional capacity, independence, mental health and participation across home, work and community settings.
NDIS Adult Services
We support adults through both assessment and ongoing therapy, including:
Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) for NDIS access, plan reviews and change of circumstances
Psychological assessments to inform diagnosis, planning and supports
Counselling
Occupational therapy to support daily living, regulation and participation
Speech therapy including communication, social communication and functional language support
Services are tailored to each participant’s goals, functional needs and support context.
Senior Clinician Oversight & Allied Health Assistants
All adult services are delivered under senior clinician oversight. Where appropriate, therapy programs may be supported by Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) working under delegation and supervision, supporting consistent, cost-effective and high-quality service delivery while maintaining strong clinical governance.
